Sib Lex is to meet students of Rome’s LUISS Guido Carli University to discuss patent and trademark licensing as well as merchandising.
We have been invited to give two lectures during the course held by Professor Gustavo Ghidini who teaches Industrial Property at the university’s Faculty of Law.
SIB Lex senior partner Giovanni Antonio Grippiotti will hold informal lectures with a presentation of the topics followed by conversations with, and questions by, students.
On 21 February 2019 the topic is to be patent licensing and transfer.
On 27 March 2019 trademark licensing and merchandising will be discussed.
