Having worked for prime Italian and international law firms since 2011, Mario has gained a solid experience in intellectual property matters and particularly in court proceedings relating to trademarks, designs, unfair competition, copyrights and advertising. His practice also focuses on resolving patent disputes.

Mario deals with solving out-of-court issues such as the drafting of distribution, franchising and technology transfer agreements. He assists clients in analysing intellectual property portfolios and in fighting online counterfeiting.

He regularly speaks at conferences on intellectual property topics, holds seminars at university level and contributes to specialised journals.

His clients include important Italian and international companies in a variety of industries.
