EXPERIENCE

Giovanni is the firm’s founding partner and has been practising intellectual property law since the mid-1980s. He began as of counsel at SIB – Società Italiana Brevetti and in 2009 was one of the founding partners of the Siblegal law firm, which he left at the end of 2017 to found SIB LEX. His main areas of practice include providing legal advice and assistance on patents, trademarks, designs and copyrights as well as on related agreements; he provides opinions and represents clients in civil proceedings and out-of-court proceedings as well as in anti-counterfeiting actions.

He has authored many articles for Italian and international journals and is frequently invited to speak at conferences and seminars. He is frequently invited to lecture at Rome’s LUISS Guido Carli University.
