EXPERIENCE

Francesca is completing her legal traineeship at Sib Lex Law Firm, where she focuses on intellectual property law, with particular involvement in IP litigation. She provides support to clients in both Italian and English, assisting on trademark and patent disputes as well as unfair competition, trade secrets and copyright matters.

She obtained a Bachelor of Laws in European Legal Studies from the University of Westminster in London, and a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Verona, with a thesis on “The Arbitrability of Intellectual Property Disputes: A Comparative Focus on Trademark and Patent.”
